Ministries AWANA Monday Evening 6:30-8:00 For 47 years, our church has held Awana Clubs for boys and girls. The club format is currently designed for grades K-2 (Sparks Club) and children participate in a fast-paced game time and earn incentives for learning Bible verses and doing projects. A Bible lesson is taught each evening. This year we are beginning the "Creation Clues 4 Kids" (CC4K) club for children in grades 3-6. Our Commander is Bill Briggs who leads a team of dedicated, trustworthy adults in leadership. Awana and CC4K is an excellent opportunity to learn moral and spiritual values in a safe structured program. Youth Groups Wednesday Evenings at 6:30 PM. Our teen program meets on Wednesday nights at the same time as our Mid-Week Prayer Service. Teens participate in a game time as well as Bible study. Valley Classics First Tuesday of the Month 12:00 Noon Our newest ministry at First Baptist is Valley Classics. It is a senior's ministry geared for those 50 years of age and older. A noon luncheon is provided for our church seniors and their guests. We have a diverse and interesting program that follows featuring guest speakers from our area.
